Finger Licking Good!

Pictured: Lazy Sandwich Dinner: deli sliced turkey, pumpernickel bread, WW cheese, green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, fat free (FF) pringles, baby carrots. Mixed Berries: fresh strawberries and blackberries. Vegetarian Lunch: okra, cantaloupe, corn, cucumbers/tomatoes. Spring Break Lunch:pita with portabella mushrooms, 1015 onions, and avocado, fresh strawberries, cucumbers.

Tired and Lazy...(HONGRY)

As I dragged myself through the door this evening, I decided to eat the Lean Cuisine Mushroom pizza in the freezer.




I ate leftovers (kabobs and grilled corn)for lunch, but I wanted something else for dinner.



I settled on the pizza. I usually shy away from frozen processed dinners due to the excess sodium; however, I keep back-up frozen dinners to reduce my chances of visiting the drive-thru when I don't feel like cooking.

Temptation 1...Me 0 (BAD)

Score 1 for temptation...I gave in to my cravings and gobbled down 1 cinnamon roll. Just look at it. Do you possess the will power to resist this scrumptious temptress?

The Marvelous Macro Setting (GOOD)

I stumbled upon a another blog which displayed the most beautiful photos. In the FAQ section of the blog I discovered the macro setting on digital cameras enable such vivid photos. FYI Macro photography is close-up photography. Enough of that...my first macro shot...


Look at that picture...makes you want to reach into the screen and grab a strawberry. Oh by the way...the picture above displays today's breakfast potato and egg tacos and fresh strawberries: 2 whole wheat tortillas, 1 farm fresh egg (yes from a real farm) and 1 egg white. 1 serving of hash brown potatoes (87 g).
