My Pizza Obsession . . . OLE!

Using my Xpress Redi, Set, Go I made this scrumptious Mexican pizza.

First, I mashed a 1/2 cup of black beans and then spread the beans over a corn tortilla.

Next, I placed another tortilla on top and and covered that tortilla with 2.5 oz of ground turkey and 28 oz ounces of cheese.

After the pizza cooks for 5 minutes, remove from the RSG and top with lettuce and tomatoes.

  3. Popping over from your SITS post! That looks delish but I highly doubt you put 28 ounces of cheese on it. That's A LOT of cheese! LOL!

  9. Hi! I started a new blog to document my weight loss journey. Since I want to be brutally honest, I've kept it anonymous - therefore can't invite my friends to read it. I'm looking for some followers so I have a little support in this. Check out my blog if you'd like! :)
